Armed with a remarkable academic background, including three degrees—an AA in Education, a BS in Business Administration, and a Juris Doctorate in Law—Yaminah is the visionary founder and CEO of YANY Beauty. Under her leadership, this groundbreaking black-owned luxury beauty brand has achieved an extraordinary growth rate, nearing 50% year over year, and successfully raised over $500k in non-dilutive capital.
Through one-on-one and small group consulting, corporate training, and online courses, Yaminah leverages her expertise to guide both entrepreneurs and organizations in building successful, sustainable businesses with mindfulness and intentional strategy at the core.
